The Medina County Public Transit is seeking to fill a Road Supervisor position to directly facilitate and support transit services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain, direct the training and educational requirements of all transit drivers. Support the scheduling of drivers and vehicles to meet the demand and services needed by the residents of Medina County. Assist with hiring, disciplining and evaluating. Effectively utilize computer transit hardware and software to maintain records and produce reports.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Valid Ohio Driver’s License and good driving record. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role and adult training. Experience with transit system or other on demand driving company preferred. Working knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, rotating Saturdays
Wage: $22.11 per hour
Pay: $22.11 per hour
