Responsibilities
- Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to ensure a smooth flow of service and minimize wait times
- Assist servers with bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional support during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including wiping down surfaces and removing used dishes
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations or assisting in basic kitchen duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to coordinate service smoothly
- Uphold food safety standards by handling dishes properly and adhering to sanitation protocols
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Experience with banquet service, catering setups, or hotel hospitality is a plus
