Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Research Associate based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Research Associate will conduct laboratory experiments, perform data analysis, and document research findings. Additional responsibilities include supporting the optimization of protocols, maintaining laboratory equipment, Process biological samples for service laboratory workflows, prepare clear, comprehensive reports for customers, maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, RNA extraction.
- Ability to design, optimize, and execute experimental protocols
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with an eye for detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in biology, biotechnology, or a related field; relevant laboratory experience is preferred
- Prior experience with single-cell technologies and/or multi-omics is a plus
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment
- Participate in manufacturing and inventory management as needed
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
