As a Sr. Commercial Escrow Specialist , you’ll play a key role in reviewing and interpreting title commitments for real estate transactions across new and existing sites. Your ability to identify and address title issues early in the process helps guide strategic decisions and streamline development timelines. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as your work directly influences our ability to meet departmental goals.
