Looking for a highly experienced Community Manager for a Manufactured Home Community in the Pinellas County, FL area! The property has a fast-paced atmosphere with a very busy office and you will need to be able to multitask and prioritize.
The responsibilities of the Community Manager include, but are not limited to: accountability for asset appearance, budget review and maintenance, oversight of sales and market analysis, collections, limited A/P, and most importantly providing top notch customer service. Our Community Managers are hands on managers who work under the direction of the Regional Managers.
In the role of Community Manager, you must demonstrate good judgment, good problem-solving skills and be able to help coordinate readying homes for sale. The ability to efficiently multi task in a fast-paced environment, and most importantly, the capability and initiative to really demand and drive results is critical. Ideal candidate will be able to multitask and handle a lot of paper/computer work as well as exterior site compliance evaluation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conducting all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Ensuring prospects and tenants receive a high level of service and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Tenant screening, tenancy document preparation and implementation.
- Rent collection and delinquency follow-up.
- Enforcing rental/lease agreement and rules and regulations compliance.
- Defining the scope of work and directing contractors for the readying of inventory homes for sale or rent.
- Supporting/assisting in the sales efforts of inventory homes.
- Understanding, maintaining and improving community infrastructure.
- Assisting in the creation, implementation and adherence to a community budget.
- Supervising community personnel and providing daily direction to all staff.
- Increasing community occupancy through acquisition and retention of manufactured homes.
- Interacting with vendors, obtaining bids for work and overseeing vendor work in community.

- Diligent on delinquencies and violations
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years of related experience, ex. multifamily housing management (apartment, mfg. housing, etc.)
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of Rent Manager a plus.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
