Nail Salon Receptionist Part-Time Position Available
Wednesdays: 2 PM - 8:30 PM
Fridays: 2 PM - 8:30 PM
Qualifications:
Nail Technician License (not required but a plus)
Must be able to work Weekends (required)

Position Overview:
The Guest Services Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients entering the salon. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment while assisting with appointment booking, check-in, and retail sales.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
- Supervise and support a team of 8-12 nail technicians.
- Manage the client pipeline, ensuring a seamless customer experience from booking to service completion.
- Handle customer relations, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate staff schedules to optimize salon operations.
- Answer phones and respond to emails, providing excellent customer service.
- Implement and improve salon processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with scheduling.
- Proficiency in answering phones and managing emails.
- Computer & tech savvy.
- Nail technician license is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to contribute to a growing startup.
