Job Title: Maintenance
Job Location: Best Western Sheridan Center
Job Salary: $15-$20 DOE
Job Qualifications: Working cellphone and valid driver’s license.
Job Summary: Maintains the physical condition of the hotel according to
established operating and safety standards. Ensuring that service requests and
repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner. Performs general guest room and public
area maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing and electrical equipment.
Job Duties:
Properly maintains tools, workspaces, and equipment.
- Checks on all guest room electrical appliances and circuits, including
refrigeration control, television sets and lighting systems, and plumbing issues.
- Performs general carpentry, tiling, painting, and wall surface repairs.
- Completes preventive maintenance checklist and other maintenance records.
- Exterior property maintenance such as lawn and plant care, sidewalks, parking lots, and snow removal.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate with all teams.
- Ability to lift 50lb, push, pull, bend, stoop and reach upward.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures and cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays and on-call.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
