The Account Manager is dedicated to 10-20 assigned customers and performs the following job duties within the Client Services department:
- Communicate with customers professionally and effectively on a regular basis via email and phone. Return phone calls and emails promptly.
- Communicate customer needs and requests to the operations team in a deadline driven environment.
- Research and resolve any customer issues; work closely with management to ensure that any customer needs and issues are addressed.
- Oversee order processing in the WMS (Warehouse Management System), learn all aspects of the system with the goal of becoming a power user.
- Closely monitor customer orders, receipts, and other projects to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have a focus on excellence by working constructively with the operations team to meet and exceed all customer expectations.
- Experience in warehousing, 3rd Party Logistics, or multi-channel e-commerce strongly preferred
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills required; experience working with Microsoft office products, especially Outlook and Excel. High comfort level in learning new systems.
