Press Operator/Assembler Job Description
The Press Operator/Assembler is responsible for operating various sizes and types of punch presses to produce parts in accordance with specifications. This individual will also perform work directly related to manufacturing of products. Duties include but are not limited to:
· Do assembly, deburring, drill press operation and setup.
· CNC or lathe operation.
· Run Presses as assigned.
· Measure parts hourly as outlined by Quality manager.
· Use ERP system to record labor hours.
· Assist in tumbling with tumbling and packaging parts as needed.
· Maintain cleanliness of work area.
· Ability to lift up to 50#
· Willingness to work in an uncontrolled temperature environment. (No Heat or A/C)
Press Operator/Assembler Education and Experience Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
· 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
· 1 year of forklift experience preferred
Press Operator/Assembler Job Skill Requirements:
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
· Ability to work standing and sitting
· Basic math skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Function as a team player by maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to assist

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
