Essential Functions:

Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations.

Interact with guests, take orders and serve meals and drinks.

Remove used dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.

Check identification to verify patron meets legal drinking age requirement.

Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.

Comply with all food & beverage regulations and brand standards.

Accurately report tips and gratuities at the end of every shift.

Complete any tasks your supervisor/manager instructs you to complete.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full/Part-time position. Flex scheduled days and Holidays as needed
Shift Times: 4 pm - 11 pm
Requirements:
Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent
-
One year of serving experience preferred
-
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
-
Computer literacy
-
Knowledge of a second language is a plus

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Detailed oriented

Relevant training certificate
-
ServSafe Food Handling Certification (preferred)

ServSafe Alcohol Handling Certificate (preferred)
Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
