Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace tires on various vehicle types, including passenger cars and light trucks
- Perform wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacements, and basic mechanical inspections
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete service tasks accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate
- Lift heavy tires and equipment safely to prevent injury while maintaining productivity
Requirements
- Dealership or automotive service experience preferred, especially with tire service and basic mechanical repairs
- Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and automotive fluid replacement procedures
- Knowledge of automotive alignment, vehicle maintenance, oil changes, and minor mechanical repairs
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment effectively
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in a physically demanding environment
- Previous experience working with sales or upselling additional services is a plus
