We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to supporting individuals through evidence-based therapeutic interventions while fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
This position involves working with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health and behavioral challenges, including autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. The Therapist will provide individualized care, conduct assessments, facilitate therapeutic services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client growth, resilience, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
- Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities to support client progress.
- Implement behavior management and applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, caregivers, schools, and community providers to coordinate care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to support positive outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field required.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure required.
- Knowledge of diagnostic assessment processes and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards related to clinical practice.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continued learning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
