This position reports to the Managing Director of CHC Wellbeing, Inc. (“CHC”). For over 20 years, CHC Wellbeing has worked with companies across the country to create a workplace community that makes employee wellbeing a top priority. We provide a high-touch, onsite and telephonic experience that provides clinically based interventions that improve member health. Combined with our suite of digital and mobile tools, we go beyond just physical health and provide personalized digital health journeys where the member is in the driver’s seat. The core responsibility of this position is to be the strategic wellness liaison between our broker partners and CHC in the Northeast. The Strategic Client Success Manager works with our broker partners to secure and manage new client relationships as well as maintain existing relationships. Responsibilities include prospect presentations, client implementation, onboarding, and relationship management. Strategic Client Success Manager will provide guidance and strategic program recommendations to assist clients in meeting their wellness program goals.
This position will require some travel and will be based In the Northeast.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in senior level account management
- Experience in corporate wellness and program design
- Minimum of BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent math and data skills.
- Excellent CRM and computer skills

Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Client relationship management for new and existing broker clients.
- Strategic Partner providing program recommendations and planning to meet broker and client goals.
- Subject Matter Expert of all things wellness and CHC products and offerings.
- Manages day to day communication with broker partners and clients.
- Trouble shoots and resolve broker and client issues.
Implementation and Service Delivery
- Partners with broker for yearly program planning
- Liaison between broker/client and CHC pertaining to their wellness program and outcomes
- Discuss eligibility requirements and specifications and initiates file transfer when necessary
- Provides scheduling recommendations based on client work environment, logistics and shift times
- Provide timely and accurate communications based on service offerings and timing of events.
- Monitors event registration and engagement opportunities to provide strategic recommendations around how to increase participation
- Identifies barriers with participation and provides solutions
- Works with CHC internal teams to provide data and reporting as it relates to incentive delivery and program completion.
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- - Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Present at a high level of client organizational management
- Ability to work in a team based, collaborative environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of excel, word and presentation software
- Knowledge of HIPAA
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
