Job Summary:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Magnolia Post Acute, a respected leader in short-term and long-term skilled rehabilitation. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facility, ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department, including cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking facilities
- Ensure thorough and efficient cleaning of patient rooms, common areas, and public spaces
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the facility
- Work closely with the Environmental Services Director and Administrator to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Participate in on-the-job training and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a positive and supportive team environment
