We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated <PERSON> to join our dynamic healthcare team. This vital role involves delivering specialized medical services across various disciplines, ensuring exceptional patient care and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Duties
- Provide expert clinical assessment and treatment across multiple specialties, including psychiatry, endocrinology, cardiology, and neurology.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations using advanced imaging techniques such as CT scans, nuclear medicine, and diagnostic radiology.
- Conduct procedures including suturing, catheterization, airway management, and wound care with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives and quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery.
- Educate patients on health coaching strategies, medication management, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies while ensuring patient safety at all times.
Requirements
- Valid medical license with board certification in relevant specialties such as internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, or emergency medicine.
- Extensive experience working within hospital settings or Level I/II trauma centers is preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR systems including Epic or similar platforms; experience with medical coding (CPT, ICD) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in critical care procedures such as ventilator management, neurocritical care, and acute pain management.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques across multiple disciplines.
- Strong background in inpatient and outpatient care environments with familiarity in triage and discharge planning processes.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient service delivery.
- Additional skills in medical office operations, research participation, or specialized fields like reproductive endocrinology or interventional radiology are considered assets. Pay: $260,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
