American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting, requiring at least 1 year of experience and active BLS certification.

Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting in a post-acute care environment
-
8-hour day (AM) shifts scheduled every other weekend and holiday

EMR is currently Cerner, transitioning to Epic
-
Active LPN/LVN license required by assignment start date (license required if applicable)

Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience required

Current BLS certification required

LTC/SNF or post-acute care experience required

2 professional references required for consideration: 1 supervisor reference from within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years of relevant experience

Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to an adjusted travel pay rate

Former permanent staff at this facility must have been separated for at least 6 months and require facility approval before being considered

13-week assignment with 8-hour orientation
