What You'll Do
- Greet customers and take orders accurately at the counter or window
- Process cash and card transactions using our POS system
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen team
- Keep the front-of-house clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For
- Customer-facing experience in food service or retail (preferred, not required)
- Ability to stay cool and focused during busy rushes
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Must be 18 or older

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service at the counter or cashier station
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision and integrity
- Assist with food preparation, food handling, and basic culinary tasks to support kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food service areas, including bussing tables and food stations
- Upsell menu items or retail products to increase sales and enhance customer experience
- Manage inventory levels at the counter, restock supplies, and ensure proper food safety practices are followed
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Culinary experience or restaurant background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
