About the practice
Sublime Mind is an outpatient psychiatric practice offering medication management, psychotherapy, and a Spravato (esketamine) clinic for treatment-resistant depression. We're looking for an independent, collaborative PMHNP to see patients on a contract basis with real scheduling flexibility.
What you'll do
- Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Ongoing medication management, including controlled substances
- Spravato/esketamine monitoring and management — REMS certification or willingness to certify
- Timely documentation in EHR- SimplePractice
- Coordination of care with therapy and outside providers
Required
- Active, unrestricted Virginia RN and APRN (PMHNP) license
- PMHNP-BC board certification (ANCC)
- Active federal DEA and Virginia controlled substance registration
- MSN or DNP from an accredited program
- No board actions or licensure restrictions
- At least ONE year experience in psychiatric setting as an RN, or PMHNP
Preferred
- Experience with treatment-resistant depression, Spravato/esketamine, TMS, or ketamine
- Experience with adult, pediatric, geriatric populations
- Telehealth experience
- Eligible for autonomous practice in Virginia (or open to a collaborating-physician arrangement — available)
Structure & compensation
- 1099 independent contractor — you manage your own taxes and set your own clinical approach
- Flexible scheduling
- We provide: patient referrals, scheduling, billing, EHR access, physical space
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
