We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Manager / Operations Lead to oversee daily operations and keep the team aligned, accountable, and running efficiently. This role serves as the on-site lead and primary point person when the founder is not present.
Responsibilities
- Billing
- Payroll
- Mail
- LTC Claims
- Oversee daily office operations and team workflow
- Oversee and manage on call and after hours
- Act as on-site authority when the founder is unavailable
- Communicate issues and improvements directly to the founder
