Tenant Coordinator
Position Summary
The Tenant Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the day-to-day management of a Class A office property. This position serves as the primary liaison between tenants, property management, engineering, vendors, and ownership to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient building operations.

Essential Responsibilities
Tenant Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenant requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate tenant communications and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants while providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and suite alterations.
Work Order Coordination
- Receive, assign, and monitor maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with engineering staff and outside vendors.
- Track completion of work orders and communicate status updates to tenants.
Administrative Support
- Maintain tenant files and property records.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials.
- Assist with contract administration and vendor documentation.
- Maintain certificates of insurance and vendor compliance records.
- Support invoice processing and general office administration.
Property Operations
- Assist with scheduling vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate tenant improvement projects and move logistics.
- Help maintain building calendars and project schedules.
- Support emergency communications when necessary.
Financial Support
- Assist with purchase orders and invoice tracking.
- Support budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Help compile information for CAM reconciliations and tenant billings.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: Approximately $55,000 annually
- Benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
