Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama and three years of directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred. Experience working with out-of-school (OST) programs such as 21st CCLC Programs, after school initiatives or youth development grants is highly preferred.
