Audi Newton and VW World of Newton are seeking experienced Service Advisors to join our growing dealership service departments. What You'll Do
- Greet customers and accurately assess their service needs.
- Write repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians.
- Recommend factory maintenance and necessary repairs with honesty and professionalism.
- Coordinate warranty repairs and manufacturer service procedures.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Build lasting customer relationships while achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
- Work closely with the service and parts departments to ensure an outstanding service experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1* year Service Advisor experience* .
- Strong knowledge of maintenance schedules, diagnostics, and warranty processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Experience with dealership management systems a plus. (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, or similar.)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
