Family Nurse Practitioner (Fast-Paced Clinic)
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and highly efficient Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in primary care, urgent care, and geriatric medicine, with the ability to manage a high volume of patients while delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
This role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Experience with Office Ally EMR/EHR systems, telehealth platforms, and ICD-10 coding is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients across the lifespan.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a high-volume clinical setting.
- Perform preventive health screenings, wellness visits, and patient education.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems efficiently to document encounters and maintain accurate medical records.
- Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in telehealth visits as needed.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Skills
- Proficient in utilizing EMR/EHR systems for accurate clinical documentation and efficient patient care.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based practices related to primary care.
- Skilled in performing advanced clinical procedures, including minor surgical procedures, wound closure (suturing), phlebotomy/venipuncture, catheter insertion and management (including Foley catheters), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Experienced in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical conditions, with a strong understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding to support accurate documentation and billing.
- Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive care for diverse patient populations, including adults, geriatric patients (with expertise in memory care and dementia management), and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experienced in triaging and managing patients in a fast-paced urgent care environment, ensuring timely and appropriate clinical decision-making.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with a strong commitment to patient education, cultural sensitivity, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple patient care needs efficiently.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
