Production Lead Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$19.50 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
Weekend work required
-
Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm)

Leadership role in a fast paced manufacturing environment
-
Support production goals, quality standards and safety initiatives
-
Assist with staffing, training, workflow coordination and continuous improvement efforts
-
Opportunity to work with a respected automotive manufacturing operation
Production Lead Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
-
Strong organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills
-
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a production environment

Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
