Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms.
- Prepare detailed repair orders with complete customer concerns and technician notes.
- Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
- Provide accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization before work begins.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair progress, additional recommendations, and completion times.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow.
- Review completed repair orders with customers, explaining repairs performed and future maintenance recommendations.
- Ensure warranty, recall, and prepaid maintenance repairs are processed according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals while maintaining dealership standards.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the dealership management system (DMS).
- Meet departmental sales, customer satisfaction (CSI), and productivity objectives.
- Comply with all dealership policies, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor Required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Pay: $7,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
