- Construction and Renovation Technicians build and renovate and repair commercial and residential pools, spas and related equipment and structures.
- Poolblu Service Technicians are part of the most advanced and most respected service team in the industry. They deliver unparalleled service to their customers, while working seamlessly within the Poolblu support and operations network.
Overview of position:
- Repair and Installation technicians – Some examples include: setting new waterline tile, troubleshoot and replace plumbing, fix and replace pool surfaces , concrete demolition and skimmer replacements, spa and water processing equipment repair and replacement, Apply epoxy surfaces, Leak detection and the Waterproofing of pools.
- Renovation technicians and tradesmen – Concrete, plaster, Tile work, structural and surfaces tradesmen. Painting and liner replacement.
- System design and specifying technicians – Complete system design and upgrade. Able to read blue prints and specify code compliant equipment.
- Company Vehicle and Tablet is included after training has been completed.
- Manage and educate our renovation and construction team.
- Manage ongoing projects to ensure on time completion
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a foreman, crew lead, or supervisory role.
- Background: 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction.
- Experience with vinyl liner pools, tile work, or concrete repair is highly preferred.
- Skills: Solid understanding of structural layouts, basic plumbing, and surface preparation for coatings/epoxy.
- Leadership: A reliable, no-nonsense leader who knows how to keep a crew focused, productive, and respectful.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
