The Field Services Technician II provides onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring equipment, performing device deployments and upgrades, resolving network connectivity problems, and ensuring timely end-user support. Requires strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
Pay: $20.50 - $25.00 per hour
