Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and scheduling.
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Assist with tracking project costs, quantities, and production to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain organized and accurate production documentation and reporting.
- Assist in procurement and delivery tracking of materials and equipment.
- Assist in refining operational processes, enhancing communication and managing documentation.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with limited oversight.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment.
A Plus:
- Familiarity with project management and construction software ( Procore, Blulebeam, MS Project).
- Understanding of cost tracking and scheduling principles.
