Superior Auto is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Corporate HR team in Fort Wayne. This position is ideal for an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, or early-career HR professional who is ready to expand their experience and gain exposure to all areas of Human Resources.
You will work closely with HR leadership and business leaders across our organization, supporting employee relations, HR administration, benefits, performance management, compliance, and special projects. Maintain employee records and process employee status changes within ADP Workforce Now

Support onboarding, new hire administration, and personnel file maintenance

Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, changes, and reconciliations

Coordinate workers' compensation and unemployment claim administration

Track performance reviews and follow up with managers to ensure timely completion

Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation

Prepare reports and analyze HR data using Excel and ADP

Maintain organizational charts and HR documentation

Conduct exit interviews and compile employee feedback trends

Assist with HR communications, employee programs, and special projects

Partner with managers to provide practical HR support and guidance

Perform other duties as assigned

2-4 years of Human Resources experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Experience using an HRIS system; ADP Workforce Now experience is strongly preferred

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Interest in developing employee relations, compliance, and business partnership skills

Local to the Fort Wayne area and able to work onsite Monday through Friday

Corporate schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
