About the Role
The Clinic Manager runs the clinic day to day. You'll lead the team, work directly with patients, and be responsible for how the clinic performs across clinical, financial, operational, personnel, and administrative areas. It's a mix of leadership, sales, and clinical work, and you'll be expected to deliver good service and meet sales goals.

What You'll Do
Leadership & Management
- Communicate clearly with patients and staff, in person and on the phone.
- Meet or exceed company KPIs.
- Coach staff toward their goals and help them improve.
- Run weekly team meetings to set goals, train, and keep the clinic in line with franchise standards.
- Enforce company policies, and stay on top of clinic cleanliness, staff accountability, and daily efficiency.
- Keep things organized and prioritize so work gets done accurately and on time.
- Catch and fix problems across clinical, operational, service, and personnel areas before they grow.
Administrative
- Handle daily operations: opening and closing, patient registration, scheduling, and cash handling.
- Oversee verification of benefits, EMR reporting, product sales, inventory, and banking.
- Use company-approved phone scripts to book appointments and talk with patients.
- Run consultations to explain services, onboard new patients, and drive sales.
- Follow up with patients on their progress, missed appointments, and overall experience.
Clinical
- Handle clinical tasks like patient vitals, EKGs, injections, and phlebotomy. We'll train you if you need it.
- Counsel patients on their progress and diet during weekly visits.
- Document patient progress in charts and/or the EMR.
- Pick up additional clinical duties when the team needs it.

- Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: Closed
