America’s Construction Experts is looking for an experienced sales professional who knows how to prospect, create opportunities, build relationships, get in front of homeowners, and close sales. We are looking for a hunter who wants somewhere to grow.
WHO WE ARE:
America’s Construction Experts has served homeowners since 2011 and completed more than 1,500 installations. As part of One Beautiful Home®, we are continuing to expand the specialized services we provide homeowners under one roof: Buy, Sell, Remodel, All in One Place.
As we continue expanding our in-house services, we are looking for the right sales professional to help grow our Window division.
HOW YOU GET PAID:
This is a W-2 sales position with weekly base training pay plus commission.
During your initial training and development period, you will learn our window products, estimating process, CRM, sales procedures, and customer experience. In addition to your weekly base training pay, you will earn commission on collected window sales you generate.
Our initial development benchmark is 15 qualified window sales within your first 90 days. Reach 15 sales sooner, and your next compensation level begins sooner. Once you demonstrate that level of production, you move into a substantially higher compensation structure.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced salesperson who knows how to create opportunities through proactive prospecting, neighborhood outreach, referrals, networking, relationships, follow-up, and targeted sales activity. You bring the ability to hunt, build relationships, and close sales.
Behind you is an established company process for estimating, proposals, contracts, CRM management, project handoff, customer communication, and installation.
Your responsibility is simple: create opportunities, take care of homeowners, follow our established processes, and produce consistently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Generate new window sales opportunities through proactive and targeted prospecting.
Meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and present the right window solutions. Prepare estimates and proposals using our established company processes. Follow up consistently and close sales. Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in our CRM. Follow company procedures through the sale and project handoff.
Work with our team to provide a professional homeowner experience from the first conversation through installation.
WHERE THIS CAN GO:
Our goal is to find the person who can grow into our Lead Window Sales Representative. As you demonstrate consistent production, follow our systems, take care of homeowners, and become someone our team can depend on, you will have the opportunity to take on greater sales and leadership responsibilities.
As our Window sales team grows, the right person can eventually help develop, train, and lead that team. If you already know how to sell, know how to hunt, and want your production to lead somewhere, we want to meet you.
