Quality Control Parts Associate

Wesco Turf is looking for a Quality Control Parts Associate to support our Parts Department through accurate order review, transaction processing, and inventory control—while upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
What You'll Do
In this role, you’ll ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and ready for shipment while supporting daily warehouse operations and teamwork across departments.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities – Specific

Perform detailed review of picked orders pending shipment to customer ensuring accuracy of product, quantity, and order assignment.

Validate and match description of product to physical part picked to ship.

Confirm all products are properly identified with a label.

Track internal pick errors and support companywide initiatives of analysis and continuous improvement.

Organize and consolidate orders by ship to location for end of day processing.

Prioritize and manage expedited ship via orders to support small package shipper.

Responsible for processing up to three thousand check lines per day.

Responsible for packaging product for shipment.

Responsible to ensure the small package shipping line organization is maintained daily.

Support shipping station with order processing and loading of packaged shipments onto pallets for UPS shipping.

Support Order Scheduler with accurately checking and delivering customer pick-ups and internal warehouse transfers.

Support Customer Service staff with daily order management inquiries.

Support with return goods transactions (RGA) for outgoing shipment return labels to customers.

Develop and grow product knowledge base.

Assist with receiving, picking, and staging material as needed.

Requirements:
What You Need
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
5+ years of warehouse receiving experience
-
Inventory management experience
-
Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role
-
Forklift certification
