We are currently hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. This full-time, in-person position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy customer interaction, relationship-building, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. As a Full Time Sales Associate, you will play a key role in customer acquisition, account support, and promoting products and services to new customers.
Full Time Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with sales customers to promote products, services, and current promotional offers and assist customers with enrollments, account setup, and service selections
- Promote to customers on product features, benefits, and available solutions based on their needs
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Support customer acquisition and sales goals through daily interactions and outreach efforts
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns while delivering excellent sales service
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records throughout the enrollment process
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing sales training, leadership development, and product knowledge sessions
- Learn and apply sales strategies designed to improve customer engagement and retention
Qualifications for the Full Time Sales Associate Role:
- No experience required but background in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to grow professionally and develop leadership skills
