Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and thrives in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare treatments including signature facials, hydradermabrasion facials and skin consultations.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on each client's concerns and goals.
- Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, pre- and post-treatment care, and expected outcomes.
- Recommend and retail professional skincare products that complement treatment plans and improve results.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through outstanding customer service and follow-up communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment documentation within the EMR system.
- Collaborate with providers and the PMA team to ensure continuity of care and optimal client outcomes.
- Assist with social media content, including before-and-after photos, educational videos, and treatment highlights.
- Help grow the practice through client retention, referrals, community outreach, and relationship building.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies according to practice standards and infection control protocols.
- Follow all company policies, state regulations, and professional licensing requirements.

Qualifications
- Current Connecticut Aesthetician License (required) in CT.
- Knowledge of professional skincare products and treatment protocols.
- Strong consultation, sales, and client retention skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professional appearance and compassionate bedside manner.
- Comfortable using EMR systems and other practice technology.
- Social media experience is a plus.
Compensation
- Part-Time
- Commission structure is negotiable based on experience, qualifications, existing clientele, and services offered.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
