About the Role
We are a stationery manufacturing company building out our e-commerce presence. We’re looking for a practical, self-driven Business Development Associate to help establish sales channels, support e-commerce setup, and grow customer relationships.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building things from scratch.
What You’ll Do
· Research products, pricing, and competitors
· Support e-commerce platforms
· Help set up logistics and establish basic sales processes
· Assist with product listings, customer inquiries, quotes, and orders
· Identify and reach out to new online customers
· Coordinate with factory and logistics teams to support sales
What We’re Looking For
· Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years’ experience are welcome
· Background in Business, Art, or related fields
· Familiarity with Target Plus, drop shipping, or fulfillment operations is a plus
· Interest in e-commerce, sales, and stationery products
· Willing to learn and communicate clearly

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
