Regional Operations Manager
Location: Eugene, OR Region | Multi-Location Travel Required
Compensation: Up to $120,000 DOE + Growth Opportunity

A growing and highly respected dental organization in Oregon is seeking an
experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across multiple
practice locations. This is an opportunity for a strong operational leader to step into a
high-impact role where your leadership, strategy, and vision will directly influence the
future growth of the organization.
We are looking for someone who understands dental operations from the ground
level up — someone who knows what it takes for front office teams, clinical staff, and
leadership teams to succeed while maintaining excellent patient care and strong
financial performance.
What You’ll Do
Multi-Site Operations Leadership
- Oversee daily operations across multiple dental practice locations
- Conduct regular office visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations
- Ensure consistency in systems, workflows, patient experience, and team accountability
Financial & Performance Management
- Monitor and improve KPIs including production, collections, scheduling efficiency, case acceptance, and accounts receivable
- Analyze reports and implement operational strategies that improve profitability and performance
- Partner with leadership to support long-term organizational growth
Leadership & Team Development
- Coach and mentor Office Managers and team leads
- Support positive office culture, accountability, and team engagement
- Assist in developing high-performing teams and operational best practices
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Oregon dental regulations
- Maintain operational standards and support efficient clinical workflows
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability
Strategic Growth Support
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new practice locations
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on patient growth initiatives
- Contribute operational insight that helps shape the future direction of the organization
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of dental operations management experience
- Minimum 3 years in a multi-site or regional leadership role
- Strong understanding of dental practice operations and workflow management
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational reporting
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- Proficiency with dental software such as Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
