Registered Nurse Needed — Home Health Visits
Saintly Home Health LLC is hiring a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in the Phoenix/East Valley, Casa Grande area.
We are a CHAP-accredited, Medicare-certified home health agency looking for dependable RNs who can complete visits professionally, communicate well, and finish documentation on time.
Pay
$70 per completed RN visit
Paid daily after the visit is completed and documentation is finished in the EMR.

Visits assigned based on your availability and service area
Responsibilities
Complete skilled nursing visits in the patient’s home
Perform assessments and provide nursing care according to the plan of care
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the clinical team
Educate patients and caregivers
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Requirements
Active Arizona RN license
Home health experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Ability to complete documentation timely
