Since opening our doors in 2008 in Southwest Hoboken, World of Wonder Childcare Center has grown into a joyful, supportive space for children, families, and educators. With three thriving locations, we’re now looking for a Head Teacher to lead our Infants/Pre-Toddlers' Classroom with heart, structure, and a whole lot of love.
Position: Full-Time Head Teacher - Infants/PreToddlers
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (must be flexible for either shift in the first year)
Requirements:
- CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood or related field (required)
- At least 2 years of classroom experience with infants or toddlers
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Leadership skills and strong understanding of developmental milestones

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead daily routines, lessons, and care tailored to infants
- Build strong bonds with babies and their families
- Observe and track development; share insights with parents and the team
- Maintain a warm, organized, and clean classroom
- Ensure health, safety, and licensing standards are consistently met
- Mentor classroom assistants and model best practices
