We are hiring for a Maintenance Technician to add to its amazing team.
Essential Job Functions Include:
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs promptly
- Turn over and prepare vacant units for move-in
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas
- Perform general repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, cleaning)
- Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule
- Perform other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Plumbing,
- Painting,
- Sheetrock
- Flooring
- Be able to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Bilingual
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
