MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE BELOW SCHEDULE:
MONDAY -FRIDAY : 10AM - 7PM
Saturdays- 10AM-6PM
As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Serve customers by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Schedule appointments via phone Proficient with Booking system
Professional appearanceSolid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
High school degree/Some College Degree is Preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
