Electronics Assembler – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Shelton, CT
We're seeking dependable Electronics Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Shelton, CT. We have openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts. If you have experience assembling electronic components, working with small parts, or performing precision manufacturing, we'd like to hear from you.
Shift Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to work instructions and blueprints
- Perform soldering, wiring, and cable assembly as required
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous electronics assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
- Experience working with small parts and fine motor tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
