We're currently expanding our team in preparation for the busy season. Weekend availability is a requirement, additional week shifts may also become available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, preparing beverages, and serving food items
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to make a variety of coffee and tea beverages
-Show proficient knowledge of specialty coffee and skill in crafting latte art - previous experience preferred
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately using our Square point-of-sale (POS) system
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a coffee/barista role preferably with latte art proficiency
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different beverage recipes is a plus
