The Opportunity of E&I Technician
In this role, you’ll be hands-on with highly automated manufacturing and packaging systems, working in a clean, modern facility that prioritizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
You won’t just be “keeping the lights on”, you’ll be trusted to diagnose, improve, and optimize complex electrical and control systems while working alongside experienced engineers and technicians.
What You’ll Be Doing as E&I Technician
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and instrumentation systems
- Supporting high-speed, automated production equipment, including servo drives and robotics
- Working with PLCs, AC/DC drives, motion control, and distributed control systems
- Ensuring electrical work meets safety standards and best practices
- Partnering with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to drive uptime and reliability
What They’re Looking For
- Associate’s Degree, Technical Certification in Electrical/E&I, or Journeyman status
- 1+ year of relevant experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Motivated to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work
