Lead with confidence. Coach with purpose. Drive results. We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Collections Manager to take the reins of our high-performing Debt Resolution Specialist team. Reporting to the Director of Collections, you’ll be the go-to leader for quality assurance, performance coaching, and process improvement. What You’ll Own:
- Oversee daily Collector Call Audit Reports and distribute feedback to the team.
- Track audit acknowledgements and client call defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Review audit disputes, listen to calls, and collaborate with managers and compliance to uphold standards.
- Lead internal and client-facing call calibrations to ensure alignment and excellence.
- Analyze trends in call performance and share insights with senior leadership.
- Partner across departments to maintain top-tier call quality and compliance.
- Take on special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director.
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in collections or debt resolution.
- Solid understanding of consumer credit laws (bonus points if you’ve worked in compliance-heavy environments).
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, accountable mindset.
- Ability to build rapport with consumers while driving performance.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is a must.
- High school diploma or GED required.
