Genesis Recovery and Wellness of Ohio is actively interviewing applicants for the Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) role at our program located in Fairlawn, Ohio. We have BHT openings available with different shifts available.
The Behavioral Health Technician is an essential part of our team that supports the clinical staff in maintaining a therapeutic community by performing routinely assigned tasks and carrying out client care activities (ADLS, meal monitoring, urine drug screening, and documentation of basic client information). May include client transportation to and from clinical building, 12 step NA and AA recovery meetings, gym etc...
- Positions offering 8 hour shifts for BHTs – 8am – 4pm
- Full time and per diem positions available for Nightshift
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience as a Behavioral Health Technician is preferred.
- Maintains current safe driving record.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Range $16 - $20 based on experience
