We are looking for an experienced Mobile Home Repair Specialist to join our growing team. This position focuses on everything underneath mobile and manufactured homes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working in crawl spaces and understands the structural components that keep homes safe, dry, and level, including vapor barriers, piers, skirting, insulation, tie-downs, and subfloor systems. These are common specialties in manufactured-home service work.
Responsibilities:
- Install and replace vapor barriers
- Install and repair skirting
- Build and repair piers and blocking
- Level mobile homes
- Replace insulation and underbelly material
- Repair subfloors and floor framing
- Install or repair tie-downs and anchors
- Perform crawl space inspections and moisture assessments
- Use power tools and hand tools safely
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
Qualifications:
- Experience working underneath mobile or manufactured homes preferred
- Knowledge of vapor barriers, piers, skirting, leveling, and subfloor repair
- Able to crawl in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently and with a team
Pay:Competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for overtime, bonuses, and advancement.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
