Key Responsibilities our our Customer Sales Specialists
- Represent Verizon by introducing customers to wireless products, services, and current promotions.
- Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide professional sales support.
- Assist customers with account activations, upgrades, and service enrollments.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and consultative sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing training to strengthen your communication and sales skills.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications We Require in an Customer Sales Specialist
