We are currently seeking caring, curious, and adventurous educators to join our team. Ideal candidates are passionate about play-based, relationship-centered learning and see children as capable explorers — scientists, artists, and storytellers in their own right.

About You: The Attuned Facilitator
You are a steward of wonder who is equally comfortable getting your hands dirty and facilitating a complex social moment. You understand that "environment" means more than just materials—it is the energy, the emotional safety, and the "big picture" flow of the group. You don't just "watch" children; you observe, reflect, and proactively adjust the space to minimize chaos and maximize growth. You bring a humble, "ego-free" approach to your work, viewing conflict as a tool for learning and mud as a hallmark of a life well-lived. If you can balance the professional responsibility of an educator with the playful, adventurous spirit of a child, you will thrive here.
