What You'll Do

Recruit and build a team of high-performing sales reps

Train and mentor new hires to top-producer status

Generate leads through multiple prospecting channels

Confirm customer understanding and provide additional education as needed

Prepare accurate work outlines for homeowners

What You Bring

Proven track record of sales success in a leadership or mentoring capacity

Construction industry experience preferred

Roofing sales experience (retail or insurance) strongly preferred

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
