Responsibilities:
- Conduct field repossessions of vehicles and other assets in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of all repossession activities and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients and customers regarding the repossession process
- Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations related to repossession
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recovery strategies and processes
- Perform thorough inspections of repossessed assets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in repossession, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record MIN 23 YRS OLD
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding repossession
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
